Hey, I'm Bruce.

Bruce Skoog (6 and 12 string guitars/vocals) has been playing in rock and roll bands since the early 1980s, most notably City (with Ray), Grand Slam, the Hi Tops, and also as lead guitarist in country band Buck Edwards and the Buckshots. He is a fan of almost all types of music, especially (but not limited to) 50s and 60s R&B and pop/rock and rock from the 50s, 60s, 70s and 80s.

He has been entertaining people on stage in plays, skits, and bands since the age of 8, and has been writing songs since the 1980s. He is also an avid reader and a fan of old films.

Bruce owns more than 20 Fender, Rickenbacker, Gibson, and Gretsch guitars and over 50 pair of Converse shoes, and believes that playing music should be fun both for the band and audience, doing his best to ensure this at every practice and performance. His stated life goal is to become the person his dog thinks he is.
